DAY DREAMS AUGUST 2009

Scrap-n-Country turned a year old in August and has a brand new logo. (Mike of www.ennekingdesign.com worked with me on the logo which will be available soon on bags and shirts.)

I love creating custom scrapbooks and selling favorite products at great prices. My dream is to have a Scrap-n-Country Inn, Store, and University as well as the custom scrapbooking business in a country/farm/home place where scrappers can escape and scrap for hours/days on end. Some dreams do come true. We'll see…

  • Rolling Ohio countryside
  • A petting "farm" (families and school classes could visit, too – think of the insurance I'll have to buy!)
  • A van to pick up people at the airport with all their scrapping gear
  • A library of resource books, magazines, and tools
  • A network of PCs, Epson's wide format printers and scanners, and Epson paper products as well as ink (be an Epson rep)
  • Cottages for 2-6 as well as the Inn for larger groups
  • A two story barn to scrap in with a large table per person, excellent lighting, and comfortable chairs
  • Everything handicapped accessible including elevators
  • Half day outings for guests to visit multiple local scrapbook stores
  • Transportation to the new Segway tours of Columbus (sounds like fun to me!)
  • Themed rooms – Maybe a breakfast room for my tea pot collection
  • A snack / break room to display a goldfish collection (and eat Pepperidge Farm's Goldfish Crackers 🙂
  • The Ohio room for my Ohio memorabilia
  • The Patriot Room for all things USA
  • Inn Rooms named for farm animals and things… (Won't they be fun to decorate!?!?)

The horse stall
The pig pen
The chicken coop
The cow crib
The duck pond
The donkey stable
The llama crib (?)
The apple orchard
The flower garden
The veggie garden
The fishing pond
The Koi pond
The corn field
